This corner boasts of its customers pouring in from different walks of life to get their jobs done in diverse manners. As per Dheeraj Sharma, proprietor, MSK Business Centre, the profiles of the company’s clientele comprise a number of architecture and engineering students since arrays of technical institutes are now established in Dwarka and Gurgaon. Besides, Discovery Channel is one of the clients which MSK Business Centre has been associated with for years.

Around 11 years ago, MSK Business Centre was established as a modest digital printing shop equipped merely with a B&W Xerox 105 machine and a laminator. “After seeing the growth in the region’s digital printing market, we were influenced to expand our infrastructure,” asserted Dheeraj mentioning particularly the recently installed RICOH Pro C901 full-colour digital press, designed for extremely high-quality image outputs.

“RICOH Pro C901 is capable to print at rated speed of 90 A4 size colour pages per minute in duplex mode, accepting media upto 13×19.2 inch with maximum weight of 300 gsm,” explained Avijit Mukherjee, chief operating officer, Production Printing – SBU, RICOH India Limited. Anand Photostat, Gurgaon

(L-R) Nitin Sethi, Pawan Sethi and SP SethiA couple of Canon NP 270 B/W photocopiers were what Anand Photostat had in the first place when the company debuted in the year 1996. Then the timely updates in their infrastructure brought in newer range of machineries which include the recently adopted RICOH Pro C751EX. A brainchild of SP Sethi, success of Anand Photostat is also largely accredited to his two sons, Nitin and Pawan, who joined the family business just a few years ago.

Customers of Anand Photostat predominantly include all leading schools in Gurgaon and Dwarka. “For them, we deliver report cards, question papers, leaflets and other related documents,” said Pawan.

Installation of RICOH Pro C751EX has enhanced Anand Photostat’s infrastructure. “RICOH Pro machine is indeed a real production machine. Since the day we adopted this machine, all precision problems we frequently faced earlier have been solved and is also suitable for book printing,” remarked Nitin adding that this machine brings satisfactions to everyone including OEMs, employees and customers.

Anjana Saha, marketing manager, production printing business group, Ricoh India Limited mentioned RICOH Pro C751 EX is capable to deliver offset-quality prints as this next-generation digital press delivers new standards in productivity and reliability. She added that VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) technology of the machine delivers laser sharp resolution of 4800 dpi.

Reliable, Mumbai

The search for finding a machine suitable to complement the existing infrastructure of Reliable which comprised HP Indigo 3550, Konica Minolta bizhub Pro C6501 and others eventually came to an end when they hooked to RICOH Pro C751 EX – a digital press designed to deliver the highest specification and reliability in its class. “We are now successfully using this newly adopted RICOH Pro series machine. If we maintain the quality standards offered by the machine, we hope to get complete ROI in the next couple of years,” said Dharmesh Mehta, COO, Reliable.

Right from start to finish, RICOH Pro C751 EX maintains the standards for productivity, efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness. “What we churn out on this newly installed RICOH Pro C751 EX are primarily the short-run jobs on art papers, cards and others, complementing the special metallic textures produced on HP Indigo press using special medias,” said Dharmesh adding that they also have a complete pre-press and post-press production facility.
