Ricoh India offers new B&W engine for book printing

At the recently concluded Printpack India 2017 in New Delhi, Ricoh India showcased Ricoh Pro 8200, a new black-and-white engine for book printing applications. RICOH Pro 8200 can print, copy or scan brochures, proposals, presentations and more with speed, ease and precision – without dedicated operator assistance.

Ricoh Pro 8200 series enables print service providers to manage varied content in books and brochures through providing multiple production sizes. It can handle a wide variety of substrates. With speeds of up to 136 ppm, the series offers 1,200 x 4,800 dpi print on a wide variety of media, including coated media. It supports NCR and pre-printed media too.

The company also showcased a 5-colour engine with the special colour – Neon Yellow – allowing print service providers to produce highly creative, eye-catching value-added print.
