Celebrating 50 episodes of Kitaabnaama

Kitaabnaama: Books and Beyond, India’s only multilingual book show, has completed fifty wonderful episodes. The 50th episode featured celebrated lyricist, poet and writer Gulzar Saheb in conversation with Yatindra Mishra.

To mark the 50th episode of “Kitaabnaama: Books and Beyond”, and also to celebrate one-year long journey of the show, a panel discussion was held at Oxford Bookstore, Connaught Place, New Delhi. Jawhar Sircar (CEO, Prasar Bharati) and Namita Gokhale (curator, Kitaabnama: Books and Beyond) spoke about one year long journey of the show.

A panel discussion on ‘Talking Books, Watching Book’ followed with Ashok Vajpeyi (poet and author), Nilanjana Roy (journalist and novelist), and was moderated by Jasleen Vohra.
