Workshop on audiobook future

Beat Technology, the publishing tech powerhouse behind the leading publisher audio platforms in Germany, Norway, Denmark, Spain and Romania, recently hosted a free to attend audiobook workshop for all Indian publishers in partnership with All About Book Publishing. Entitled ‘Creating An Audiobook Future’, the workshop and Q&A featured four renowned guest speakers from mature audiobook markets as well HarperCollins India’s senior editor Arcopol Chaudhuri. The workshop covered everything from commissioning and rights to audio-specific marketing tip and tricks; from casting narrators and production to business models and contractual dos and don’ts.
