When I first looked at the cover of the book, I was little confused. When I flipped the book, then I could read the title ‘It’s All About Etiquettes.’ Etiquettes are very important — they are unwritten rules and provide a guideline to the right behaviour, to what is right and what is wrong. In business life, etiquettes mean more than just being nice, they are the fundamental toolset to good business.

How early should you be for an interview? Should you address each person on the committee by name? When dining in a restaurant, should you pull out the chair for your female guest? What is the protocol for posting your party pictures on the internet? If you are meeting your boss for drinks, should you offer to pay the bill? These are just a few questions this book answers. Infact, there is a chapter of selfie etiquettes and Facebook etiquettes as well.

All in all, a very useful book for one and all!
