Konark Publishers releases Moonballer

The Moonballer, authored by Nirupama Vaidyanathan and published by Konark Publishers was released by tennis legend and TV Personality Vijay Amritraj. This memoir is the first ever documented chronicle by an Indian female tennis player.

Nirupama Vaidyanathan was the No. 1 female tennis player from India in 1991 to 2001. After retiring from pro tennis, she founded a tennis academy in Santa Clara, California called Niru’s Tennis Academy. Nirupama made a comeback and played at the CWG 2010 and Asian Games 2010 alongside Sania Mirza, Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes.
