New President for AIPB

Aditi Maheshwari has been nominated as the new President of Association of Indian Publishers and Booksellers (AIPB) as K.K. Saxena has formally stepped down from his position. Saxena’s tenure has been marked by committed leadership, strategic vision, and tireless service to the publishing community.

Aditi Maheshwari is a distinguished editor, publisher, and educator with an extensive and multifaceted career in the publishing industry. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Vani Prakashan Group and is also the Managing Trustee of the Vani Foundation, both of which have played a pivotal role in promoting Indian literature and translation.Her leadership extends across various literary and cultural platforms. She is the Chairperson of the Jury for the Iron Lady of the Hills Award at the Dehradun Literature Festival and serves on the advisory panels of Jaipur BookMark and LitChowk, Indore. Additionally, she manages the Vani Foundation Distinguished Translator Award, a prestigious national honour now in its tenth year, celebrating excellence in translation.
