Summer camp by NBT
The National Book Trust (NBT) India’s summer camp from May 28-June 3, was a hub of inspiration and creativity, offering children a wide array of engaging activities. On 28 May, the camp had a vibrant atmosphere during a lively ‘Talent Show’ organized by the National Centre for Children’s Literature (NCCL). In addition to the talent show, there was an exciting ‘DIY Decor’ session organized by Cartoon Network, where children made decorative bunting for their rooms. Also, there was an engaging workshop on the Art of Storytelling. In this session, children learned how to recite stories with expressions and voice modulation, enhancing their storytelling abilities. The workshop concluded with a captivating story narrated by the instructor, which the children thoroughly enjoyed, laughing and listening intently.
The NBT India’s Summer Camp provided an enriching experience featuring prominent artists, cartoonists, storytellers, and writers.
