With new announcements and collaborations, the publishing house is making 2017 a happening year. Emerald Publishing has grown significantly in 50 years and now manages a portfolio of over 300 journals, over 3,000 books and book series volumes, over 1500 teaching cases as well as providing an extensive range of online products and additional customer resources and services. Their ever expanding books programme continues to have impact and relevancy for students, researchers, practitioners, businesses, government departments and institutions worldwide.

In addition to continuing to publish high quality, academic monographs, handbooks and professional texts, Emerald is extremely proud to be launching a number of new series and products including -

  • SocietyNOW – short, informed books, explaining why our world is the way it is, covering topics such as Donald Trump, Brexit, Big Data, Fracking, Drones, Celebrity Culture and Terrorism;
  • Great Debates in Higher Education – accessible research covering the issues facing higher education institutions nationally and globally;
  • A new short form product, Emerald Points which allows research to be published free from old-fashioned word length restrictions.
