New IPA President and Vice President

Karine Pansa (Girassol Brasil Edições, Brazil) is the new President-elect of the International Publishers Association (IPA), with Gvantsa Jobava (Intelekti Publishing, Georgia) as the Vice President-elect at the third virtual IPA General Assembly.
