Arunava Sinha honoured for his translations

At Jaipur Literature Festival (March 5-14, 2022), Critically acclaimed translator and writer Arunava Sinha received the 6th Vani Foundation Distinguished Translator Award. The award recognises Indian translators and their noteworthy literary and linguistic work built over time between at least two Indian languages. Arunava Sinha has translated Bengali fiction and non-fiction into the English language, and has about 79 translation works published by him so far.
