Colombo International Book Fair 2014

The Colombo International book fair was held from September 10-17, 2014 at the BMICH. Around 36 foreign and 165 local exhibitors participated in the fair, which was inaugurated by president of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapaksa. Other dignitaries present at the occasion included minister of technology, research and atomic energy Patali Champika Ranawaka, presidential chief of staff Gamini Sedara Senarath, Chinese deputy ambassador in Sri Lanka Ren Faqiang and SK Ghai representing Indian book publishers.
