Publishing workshop for Indian regional publishers

In the framework of Paris Book Fair 2020 (Livre Paris), the French Institute in India will organize two workshops in New Delhi for the Indian regional publishers. The objectives of these professional workshops would be to serve the needs of fellow publishers, understand the French Publishing Market (specificities, tendencies, evolution) and to share practical information specific to French publishing world (negotiate the rights, establish a contract). It’ll be animated by Indian publishers who have prior experience working with French counterparts including the translations in India.

A representative, expert from Bureau International de l’Edition Française (BIEF) / International Office for French Publishing in Paris will animate a session in the workshop to guide the participating publishers.
