Delhi State Bookseller and Publishers Association (DSBPA) and Indian Library Association (ILA) recently celebrated the Librarian’s Day in New Delhi. Padamshree Dr. J. L Kaul was the chief guest to the event. The event was also graced by Shahbhat Hussain , President, ILA; Dr Pardeep Rai, General Secretary, ILA; Parmil Mittal, Vice President, DSBPA; Himanshu Chawla, Secretary, DSBPA and Kartik Raj Kushvah Secretary, (DSBPA).
