Madhuban-in one liner: Is a great content company, with highly talented people not afraid of attempting anything new.
My people Mantra: Transparency and communication are keywords. If there is a problem, it is for everyone in the team and the solution has to come from the team itself.
To be a leader is: To be a part of team. A leader has to demonstrate in action, not by words. Motivating people and encouraging them is very important.
An exciting point in a typical day’s work: I like to work in an open atmosphere. I like it when my team shares their successes and problems with me – whether personal or professional!
If you are born again what would you like to be? Maybe what I am right now as I am happy to be in a profession where we are able to educate people. Also, I would like to spend more time with kids.
