Swayam Plus onboards Lanquill

In recognition of its strong potential, Lanquill has recently been onboarded by Swayam Plus, a self-learning platform of Govt. of India for its wider access and an MoU has been exchanged between Balani Infotech Pvt Ltd and Ministry of Education by Hon’ble Minister of Education, Dharmendra Pradhan in a launch ceremony held at hotel Marriot on February 27th, 2024.

“In our constant pursuit to diversify into emerging technology-enabled platforms and provide support to teaching learning & research, our new product, Lanquill has lately come to be identified as one of the Technology Products using Artificial Intelligence for customized English language learning,” shares Kailash Balani of Balani Infotech.

Lanquill is being currently subscribed by a large number of institutions including IIT Madras & IIT Kharagpur for its students.

Another important product of Balani Infotech, DrillBit- An Anti-Plagiarism Detection Software is fast emerging as an industry leader and is being subscribed by 1100+ intuitions of higher learning under the auspices of Shodh Shuddhi programme of UGC-INFLIBNET.

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the promotion of academic integrity & research ethics in the country during last 15 years by way of promoting effective similarity detection tools, the Managing Director of Balani Infotech, Kailash Balani has been conferred the Industry Leadership Award 2023 by K R Mangalam University, Gurugram. The award was conferred by the officiating vice chancellor Prof. Rakesh Sinha and Prof. Mairajuddin Mir, former Vice Chancellor of Central University of Kashmir during a faculty workshop on “Importance of Academic Integrity & Research Ethics” held on 9th March, 2024 at the University Campus.

Balani was invited as Chief Guest of the workshop where he also delivered a talk on the increased importance of conducting clean research, free from any kind of plagiarism . Plagiarism if reported at a later stage can destroy reputation and career of researcher. He cited many such recent examples where many celebrated writers and powerful individuals have to face the humiliation for producing plagiarised contents.
