INDIA designated as the Guest of Honour Country at TIBF 2024

INDIA has been designated as the Guest of Honour Country at Tehran International Book Fair, Iran (May 8–18, 2024). National Book Trust, India (under Ministry of Education, Govt. of India) is the nodal agency coordinating the Guest of Honour Presentation at Tehran International Book Fair. An aesthetically-designed INDIA Pavilion will be put up which will have booths for publishers who can participate in-person, there will be a collective exhibit of Books from India for publishers who may not be able to participate in-person, there will be lounge area for publishers to hold their meetings, a stage area for seminars and panel discussions, a digital display area, and much more! National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad as our design partner will bring an added dimension of creativity and innovation to the INDIA Pavilion. The INDIA Pavilion will showcase Indian culture and literary heritage, offering visitors a glimpse into the country’s rich stories.
