World’s most expensive cookbook launched

Pegged at Rs 8 lakh per copy, Vikas Khanna’s latest book ‘Utsav – A culinary epic of Indian festivals’ was unveiled at French Riviera in Cannes, becoming the first cookbook to be launched at Cannes Film Festival in 68 years. Vikas took more than 12 years to research, write and photograph this book. The limited edition of the book has a poem embossed in gold ink.
