Ramesh K Mittal takes over as chairman – CAPEXIL. It is indeed a matter of pride for Indian publishing industry that Ramesh K Mittal who has been shouldering the responsibilities as chairman of Panel of Books, Publications and Printing at CAPEXIL since October 2011, has now been elected as its overall Chairman.
