HarperCollins and Local 2110 UAW reach tentative labour agreement

HarperCollins Publishers and the Association of HarperCollins Employees affiliated with Local 2110 of the United Auto Workers (UAW), which represents over two hundred HarperCollins employees, have reached a tentative labor agreement. The deal has been agreed to by representatives of the union and the company.

The tentative agreement includes increases to minimum salaries across levels throughout the term of the agreement, as well as a one time $1,500 lump sum bonus to be paid to bargaining unit employees following ratification.

The tentative agreement is subject to ratification by the union membership. Once ratified, the contract will extend through December 31, 2025.
